Set aside time to reconnect with Nature whatever the weather!

We all benefit from time spent in Nature.

Physically and mentally the merits of time spent outdoors are apparent. On our Nature connection walks our trained Natural Mindfulness Guide will offer invitations for you to slow down from the fast paced day, relax into the environment around you and reconnect with nature.

 

We'll also discuss some of the plants and trees uses as we talk in the sights and sounds.
