Men's Guided Therapeutic Wilderness Retreat

A weekend to reflect and plan where you want to be

We all have questions through which we are working.

Why am I like this?

Where did my beginnings influence where I am now?

Is where I am where I want to be?

If it is not, what can I do to change the destination?

As Men We are expected to know the answers yet sometimes, we have not even learnt how to ask the questions at a deep level.

This two-night retreat run in a combination of meadow and young woodland offers the opportunity to dive into these questions.

Using guided reflection prompts, practical bushcraft and woodland skills and being prepared to face potentially sore points in the wilderness mirror, our guided therapeutic wilderness retreat will help You gain insights, find answers to these questions, and gain a sense of direction for the path You want to take.

This retreat has evening meals included and offers camping on site to enable full engagement in the weekend away from the distractions of day-to-day life.

"I attended The Forest Path Men's Guided Therapeutic Wilderness Retreat with Sam and during our time the activities provided allow me to get in touch with myself away from the hustle of my day-to-day life. The Two Selves exercise particularly allowed me to understand what position I was in on arrival and what position I hoped to be in at the end of the retreat.

The atmosphere of the venue helped me to relax and to get in touch with the activities provided, as well as helping me reflect on many aspects of my life.

I would highly recommend this retreat to anyone looking to step away from the modern day and who are hoping to re-evaluate and centre their approach to their daily lives."
